were killed in a mall shooting near portland, oregon. police and witnesses say that the gunman was wearing a mask, camouflage clothing and a bulletproof vest when he opened fire yesterday afternoon at c lackamas town center, one of oregon's the biggest and busiest malls. along with the three deaths, another person is in critical condition. police say they have tentatively identified the shooter, but they have not release his name. no word yet on the mode of. >> apple has begun the early stages of television set testing. that is the word from the wall street journal this morning. foxconn is collaborating with the tech giant to test designs for a large-screen, high-

we have sunshine. >> and some places we saw sunshine other areas there are some showers. it looks like right now we have some heavier it sells to the south of us. if you look basically around san mateo that is where we are seeing some light rain. the yellow might be a little more moderate rainfall right now. is scattered in nature. we are not seen widespread rain. heading closer and we had a sell cross over 280 is now headed closer to the san mateo area and we can see some pretty good downpours. it will not last very long. in san jose we have just a little bit of activity south of san jose. there is very light activity and other places are drying out. for the most part the east bay
